2. Services & Eligibility
(a) Our Services include vendor listings, consultation bookings, marketing/content services for wedding vendors, and downloadable tools for engaged couples.
(b) You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If using on behalf of a business entity (vendor), the person must be authorized to bind that entity.
(c) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with or without notice.

 

3. Account Registration & Access
When you create an account or book a Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

 

4. Payment & Refunds
(a) Payment. For paid Services (e.g., consultations, vendor packages), you agree to pay the amounts displayed at checkout via the payment processor.
(b) No Refunds. Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide refunds once the Service has been delivered. If you request cancellation or refund, we will consider it in our discretion.
(c) Recurring Products. If you purchase a subscription plan, it will automatically renew until cancelled. See product terms for details.

 

5. Content & Intellectual Property
(a) All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software and materials, is owned or licensed by Bridal Boomerang and protected by intellectual property rights.
(b) You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
(c) If you submit user-generated content (such as wedding stories, blog contributions, vendor listings), you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free licence to use, copy, publish and adapt that content worldwide.

 

6. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
     

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
     

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website or its servers.
     

  • Upload or transmit viruses, harmful code or large files.

  • We do not guarantee the availability or responsiveness of any vendor listed on the Website.
     

  • Booking outcomes and vendor performance are independent of our Services.
     

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
(a) THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED).
(b) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDAL BOOMERANG WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
(c) Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
